Shut Up.....

Sometimes you need to Shut Up... But that itch that is left in you to help makes you to open your mouth and screw yourself up.... Do we really need to open your mouth?????

Today there was a weekly meeting.... and there was some problem with gtk which people were stuck... i found that they were stuck for more than couple of weeks... and as soon as i heard the problem i started blabbering out some solution.....

Once i came out of the room, did i realize that i shouldnt have done that... i shouldnt have "showed off" in the area which i dont want to work ;o)

But yes... yet another time i have realized that we need to Shut Up for good. Though you have the itch to help in the things which you have some knowledge on.....

Well that is the Basic nature... and no one can help us in that... ;)

These days things have not been going so smooth in the office... I have worked for an year before also.. but this is the first time that iam experienceing office politics... I had some afterthoughts...

If there is lot of work, you can cope with that...
If the deadlines are approaching, you can take help from friends and complete it...
If Office politics are takign major time of your day.. and you are not able to think what is best and what is not for you.... NO SOLUTION

May be there should be some dedicated Cources started in all the major universities about how to deal efficiently with office politics.... Especially for a person like me.. its been a tough time... I need to learn somethings... Thats a very good thing to do.. but who will teach!!!! this is a major question...
A question that is unanswered....hope i will learn by myself.

But till I learn... the best thing to do is to Shut Up...
